January Favourites & Pets in Clothing.

How is it January 2017? How am I now 20? How am I three months in to university? SO MANY QUESTIONS. Admittedly I should be graduating this year but, you know, someone decided she was going to go travelling for a few years and I honestly wouldn't have had it any other way. Despite now being at university and being on a very strict student budget, I've somehow managed to accumulate a whole bunch of new products. I suppose I do like to do things my own way, even if it does mean having an emptier bank account than usual...

January Wishlist - Perfumes.

Everyone has their vice. Mine personally is watches and coats - I have a rather large collection of each, far more than your average person needs, but not far behind them is perfume. Perfume is definitely something I own too much of, but always something I want more of. Scent is such a personal thing and, to me, the perfume I choose for the day depends on my mood, the weather and what I have planned for the day. These are the five I currently have my eyes on...

September Wishlist: It's My Birthday!

I feel like 20, which I will be I turning in just 16 days, is an acceptable age to have a month long birthday. I don't quite know how I'll top that when I turn 21, but I'll be sure to give it a go. I absolutely adore celebrating and planning other people's birthdays, I'm just not that much of a fan of my own, mainly because the thought of getting older terrifies me. I know most people are scared about turning 30, but 20 seems just as scary. Just the thought of going from 19 to 20 seems like such a big step. I just don't want to get rid of that one, I want to hold onto it forever... Though I would still like some presents. 😎

Crying Over a Perfume & Plenty of Empties.

While on my gap year, I've been determined not to spend so much money on anything beauty and fashion related and, after five months of travelling, I'd say I've done pretty well. There have certainly been a lot less transactions on my bank statements anyway, even if the same amount of money is coming out each money (Can Richard Branson please adopt me because I can't keep spending so much on air travel). Because I've been on an economy drive, I've been rediscovering plenty of beauty and skincare products that I had floating around in various drawers and make-up bags, so many in fact, that I'm probably going to end up having to repurchase everything at once (swings and roundabouts...), but that can wait until I'm back on British soil, just so that I don't have to pay so much for extra baggage... Now that my suitcase is probably about seven kilos lighter, here are some of my empties...

2015 Favourites.

2015 was a great year for all things fashion and beauty. There were plenty of re-releases, new releases and a whole lot of collaborations. For me personally, it was the year that I really started branching out and experimenting with make-up, meaning I discovered a lot of new products that I grew to know and love. It wasn't just beauty products that I loved in 2015, there was a whole lot of other stuff too. Let's take a look at some of them, shall we?

Birthday Haul.

IT'S MY BIRTHDAY! Well, okay, it's not... But it was almost a month ago. I turned 19 and I now feel incredibly old. I love other people's birthdays, I'm just not a massive fan of my own. The whole existential crisis thing probably has something to do with that. I actually spent my final teen birthday sitting university exams - fun times! Thankfully, my birthday was made a lot better by some lovely birthday presents. Some are actually yet to arrive/be picked up, but I thought it would be nice to share what I've received with you so far anyway...
